Dawn Ely
Dawn has more than two decades of experience in assisting companies in their growth and operations.  She has managed multi-million & billion dollar divisions while providing strategic legal/regulatory direction across global business groups in large and small, private and public companies both international and domestic, turning $750Million into $1Billion dollar production in less than 3 years. She has a particular specialty in the life sciences and technology industries with several “one of a kind” and “first of its kind” FDA clearances for medical devices. She helped create an ecommerce portal design that is now the standard in the healthcare industry & has invented a patent-pending consumer product.  She is Founder and CEO of The Global Success Centers, a turn-key solution for the globally expanding small to mid-sized business, and of Palladium Chief Legal Officers and Palladium Part-Time Executives International. She is also a speaker both internationally and domestically on various business topics. She was a speaker at the inaugural International Women’s Entrepreneurship and Leadership Conference in Istanbul on the Role of Culture and Communications in International Business. She is in the process of expanding her Global Success Centers and Palladium Part-Time Executives businesses around the globe under the combined company of the Palladium Group International. She is also the President of the World Trade Center Atlanta and assisting that organization and the Atlanta community in supporting and fostering international business opportunities. Dawn received her B.A. at the University of Virginia (distinguished honors major) and her J.D. at Mercer University.

Matthew is an innovative thinker with 25 years of experience providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for companies in specialty retail, restaurant and consumer products; resort real estate development and hospitality; media, sports and entertainment; arts and event management; technology and venture capital in North America and the UK.  He has apassion for building affinity and lifestyle brands.  He is a former Investment Banker in Mergers & Acquisitions in New York and a Management Consultant in London focused on strategy, private equity, process improvement and organizational change.  Matthew is currently co-authoring “The Contradictions of OK: Lessons in and out of the Water” with child psychologist and noted swim coach Tom Bradbury and he is active in the Atlanta arts and international business communities. He holds an Economics degree from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jaroslaw is a senior international business executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years record of diversified professional experience in: general business management, management consulting, international sales and marketing management, new business development with focus on Poland, CEE, DACH countries, USA and Canada. Earned Master Degree in International Business from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and degree in Political Sciences from Wroclaw University in Poland. Extensive business background in international, multicultural environment, business transformation, startups.  Accomplished entrepreneur with experience in efficient business development in international environment. Over the past 20 years has worked with: Canadian, American, British, German, Swedish, Irish, Spanish, Austrian, Italian and Polish companies. Jaroslaw is a Certified International Trade Professional in Canada and Certified Managing Director in Germany. He is currently living and working out of Warsaw, Poland.

Agnieszka Bilińska

Agnieszka Bilińska is and has been an entrepreneur and successful executive in strategy, communications, marketing and development for many year.  As co-founder of Vital Voices Poland, Agnieszka held the position of CEO from 2011 to 2015.  She was the Managing Director and Board Member of the Scandinavian – Polish Chamber of Commerce from 2002 to 2009.  From 1993 to 2002, she was the Budget & Administration Manager for  Scandinavian Tobacco A/S.  She is also a PwC Alumna, where she started her professional career.  Agnieszka graduated from the US Department of State Program “Women in Leadership: Advancing Women as Corporate Leaders and as Entrepreneurs.” Agnieszka is also an executive coach (IPC 2011), team coach (IPC 2012) as well as a business consultant and trainer, having executive positions in business for more than 20 years.  Since May 2015 she has served as a Supervisory Board Member for AtenPay SA. Agnieszka received an MBA in Strategic Management from Polish Open University in Warsaw and the London School of Public Relations. She speaks fluent English and basic Russian.
Ondrej is a senior business executive with almost 20 years of experience in financial management, business development, operations management, management consulting and staff development within different industries. He consistently delivers the best possible results, using clear analytical thinking combined with a flexible service-oriented approach. Ondrej experience includes managing country operations and manufacturing facilities and strategic and operational consultancy. Ondrej has worked in audit and consultancy roles for the largest Czech-owned auditing company. As CFO and Board member, he has also worked in the IT sector for a pioneering company developing an internet micropayment system. Ondrej’s industry experience also includes many years in the entertainment industry – working for the Barrandov Studios, one of the largest and oldest film studios in Europe, as Managing Director of one of its divisions as well as a member of its Supervisory Board. Ondrej has an Economics Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Prague (VSE).

Tamir Sagie is an accomplished entrepreneur and international business leader, specializing in business strategy, marketing, and sales. He is an idea generator, strategic relationship developer, operational executor and dynamic communicator who enjoys being a part of teams and companies around innovative technologies and services. With over 20 years of experience, he has founded, grown, advised, and collaborated with multiple businesses spanning software, and services with a global footprint, with key relationships in North America, Europe, India and the Middle-East. He personally has raised substantial startup/capital and successfully negotiated and managed the sale of two successful companies to strategic acquirers. His overall track record and functions include product and business development, fund raising/public market related activities, profitable management and cost-effective operations within the Mobile/Web, Medical Devices, Data analytic and communications industries.is a telecommunications and marketing executive with a passion for building business. Tamir has over a decade of in-depth, world-wide experience in the telecommunications field including web/internet, Data analytics and other IT-dependent industries. Tamir has managed and supported multi-million dollar companies while increasing their revenue. In these roles, he possessed the creative drive to “think out of the box” in order to challenge sales and marketing. He brings a vision of how to create unexplored, innovative sales and marketing channels through collaboration of synergies and other means, in order to “build a better mousetrap”, and continually uncover other possibilities in a company’s ecosystem. Tamir's past roles include CEO of Neuro-Technologies Solutions, Ltd ("Neuro-Tech"), an Israeli-based international development company that has developed a "first of its kind" diagnostic and treatment validation test system for ADHD. During his tenure at Neuro-Tech he has been responsible for securing $5 million in venture capital, a company realignment, international market introduction of their products and implementing a 5-year strategic plan that has resulted in exceeding sales targets by 300% or more in just 2 years. Tamir’s past experiences have produced similar results andinclude his roles as General Manager at Top Eye View, Inc., GM of International Business at Smart Online, Inc., Founder of Smart IL, Ltd., VP at DataCo Solutions, Inc., Director at McLeodUSA, Inc., and Project Manager at Nextel Communications, Inc. Mr. Sagie received his B.A. (Summa cum Laude) at the Computer Learning Center located in Laurel, Maryland and has studied in the US and abroad in film, communications, art and photography. He was a Captain in the Intelligence Branch of the Israeli Defense Forces and is a naturalized US citizen.

Jeff has worked for the largest global logistics company DHL, as well as the government trade agencies of Australia and Northern Ireland.  He has assisted clients across a range of sectors with market validation & entry strategy, inward investment, sector & channel development, and event marketing. Jeff is a NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) and is based in the Boston, MA area.
